Do you have a showroom? We do not currently have a showroom. However our offices are open Monday - Friday 10.00 till 17.00 if you wished to say hello.

Can I collect my order?We do offer a collection service, however all collections must be arranged in advance of the day you wish to collect to avoid disappointment should a product not be available.

What is the standard delivery time?For most areas we have three delivery options, 1 -2 working days, 2 - 4 working days, and 4 - 7 working days.

Do you have an item in stock? Our stock levels change constantly and should an item not be available for delivery in under two weeks we mark it as such on the site.

How much is delivery? Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for a small parcel to a UK mainland address is £6.95, the standard cost for a bulky item to a UK mainland address is £19.95. If you order more than one item you will only pay one delivery charge. Postage may be more expensive to certain postcodes.

How do I return an item? You can view our full returns policy by reading our terms and conditions.

Do aquabliss offer discounts for multiple purchases or high value orders? Should you be buying in quantities over 5 of any one item please contact us direct for bulk purchase prices, if you are an associated trade please apply for our trade account.

Can you send me a brochure? At the moment we do not print our own brochure.
